Quality Assurance was founded by Tina White, BSW, MBA/HCM who has over 20 years of social service and medical experience. She has lead multiple departments, including Nursing, Dental, Maternal Child Case management, Homeless Services, Public Housing, and Mobile Dental Services for the homeless.
Tina fearlessly ventured out with that same readiness of spirit and mind that she brings to everything she does. She now owns her own Homecare and Supportive Services’ agency, a role for which she is equipped. She moves beyond routine homecare and looks at the individual’s entire life.
About - Quality Assurance Homecare
Quality Assurance Homecare Services (QAHS) top priority is to monitor the client's caregiver (family or friend) to assure a safe, dependable, and exceptional care experience to the elderly and disabled adult. The Consumer Directed Services Program provides personal care assistance services for Medicaid - eligible consumers with physical disabilities who need assistance with activities of daily living to live independently.
About - Quality Assurance Supportive Services
It is our duty to be available when we are capable to provide supportive services to those in need of the following assistance: Utility assistance, prescription/medical/dental co-pays, food, dentures, health education programs, and essential correspondence.
Quality Assurance Supportive Services is a dedicated group of volunteers consisting of social workers, and other related fields providing helpful services that will enhance the well-being of our clients.
